KNOWLEDGE

As an experienced real estate agent, I will guide you through all the steps of buying or

selling a home, giving you continuous updates along the way. I believe that my skills in

communication, negotiation, and my knowledge of contracts and marketing will give you

every edge in the today's marketplace!

MY BACKGROUND

Coming from a musical background (my degrees are in music, violin performance

emphasis) having played with many orchestras such as the San Francisco Symphony, San

Francisco Opera, San Francisco Ballet, and toured with Western Opera Theater and as

lead violin with the Wayne Newton show, I began my career in real estate in 1997. With

my friends and colleagues in the music industry forming my real estate client base--

people who had known and trusted me for over twenty years, I was able to be in the top 2

percent of Century 21 agents nationwide for production and quality service in my first

full year. That was so exciting! From there, my musician clients referred me to music

professors, composers, conductors, and yes, non-musician friends and family. I currently

sell real estate in Alameda and Contra Costa counties working with people from all

different walks of life!

SUCCESS

Throughout my real estate career, I have earned Century 21's top honors of Centurian,

Masters, and Quality Service awards as well as a quarterly award for top performance in

our nine-county bay area region. Most importantly I have earned the trust of my clients

who continue to call me for advice, comps for refinancing, referrals to contractors, etc.

years after close of escrow. My business is based on repeat clients and client referrals to

their friends and family, and I strive to be their trusted real estate professional for life.

MY SPECIALTIES (AREAS, MUSICIANS, PEOPLE WITH PETS)

Because of my background in music, I understand the complexities of working with

musicians who may need a sound proof practice studio, level-in from the garage for

moving instruments between the studio and the car on a daily basis. They often commute

to S.F. twice a day (morning rehearsal, evening concert) and they'll cope with a bridge

but not a bridge and a tunnel, so a lot of my work is in Oakland, Piedmont, Alameda, El

Cerrito, Richmond, etc. With my non-musician clients I work all over Contra Costa

county in Lamorinda, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord, and out to Pittsburg,

Antioch, and Brentwood to name a few. I have also done numerous trust and probate

sales and am very familiar with their unique requirements. Because of my passion for

animals and my commitment to rescue groups, I am known as the pet friendly realtor,

helping people with animals from bunnies to horses relocate, working with horse

properties, properties with kennels, training facilities, you name it!
